Wellnote
Private notes, on the web and on Android.
Wellnote is a place to write things down: notes and checklists, with labels, pins, colours, reminders, pictures and files. Everything you keep is searchable, works without a connection, and catches up when you are back.
Encrypted on your device, if you choose
Turn encryption on and a note's words are sealed in your browser or on your phone before they are sent, under a key made from your password. The server stores them without being able to read them.
One server, and one person answering for it
Wellnote runs on a single machine that its operator owns, backs up, and restores from. There are no advertisements and no analytics, and you can take everything you have written with you, as an archive, at any time.
On the web and on Android
Use it in any modern browser, install it from there as an app, or use the Android app. Each keeps a copy on the device and stays in step with the others.
Accounts are by invitation.
